E-Gift Card: Your recipient will receive their emailed e-gift card on the date you choose. When filling out the recipients information, you can choose the option “Deliver Now” or “Schedule Delivery”.
Physical Gift Card: All orders placed after 11AM PST will be processed the following business day. For Standard US Mail, please expect to receive your order within 4-10 business days. If your tracking link shows an error or that the mail is being returned to our fulfillment center make sure to reach out via the 'customer support tools' link in your receipt.
All orders come with tracking. When your order ships you will receive an email letting you know that the order has shipped alongside a USPS tracking link. You can also access your order dashboard from the 'customer support tools' link in the receipt which will have your tracking link as well once the order has shipped.

An E-Gift card is an electronic gift card that is sent to the recipient through email. Your E-Gift card will be delivered to your recipient’s email on the date of your choice.
No, you do not need to print your E-Gift Card. Your card can be redeemed as long as the card number is clear.
We will update you with an email when your E-Gift Card has been delivered. You can also click the 'customer support tools' link in your receipt to see the status of your E-Gift delivery and you can also view, print and re-send your eGift or change your scheduled delivery time if that method of delivery was chosen during checkout.

Your E-Gift Card has cash value, so guard it as you would your money! If your Gift Card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new E-Gift Card for that value.
